Problem

Inherited Jira projects with overlapping statuses, duplicated custom fields, and dashboards that never matched what leadership actually wanted to see. Devs and stakeholders kept getting blindsided mid sprint, and the UAT phase was leaking bugs to production.

Approach

  • Managed the full lifecycle of enterprise SaaS apps for global clients, focused on solving the client's actual business problem.
  • Owned the heavy lifting on BRDs and User Stories so devs and stakeholders aligned before code was written.
  • Cleaned up Jira workflows, retired duplicate custom fields, and rebuilt dashboards around the questions leadership actually asked.
  • Led the UAT phase as a structured bridge between development and the end user.
  • Led release planning and risk mitigation, catching resource crunches and technical blockers early.

Outcome

  • Significantly cut down production bugs through structured UAT.
  • Leadership got a real view of team velocity and delivery predictability.
  • PMs stopped reconciling field values and started shaping the work.

Tools used

Jira, JQL, Confluence, Microsoft Project.
