17 PM, Scrum Master, and BA tools
Single-page tools I built and use. Each one runs in your browser, stores everything locally, and is free. No signup, no tracking, no API calls. Built end-to-end with Claude Code.
Planning and estimation
For the work between an idea and a committed sprint.
Prioritisation
For deciding what ships and what waits, with a number or a frame behind the decision.
Requirements
For the BA work of getting scope and acceptance right before code starts.
Delivery hygiene
For the day to day of running a project that does not surprise its leadership.
Scrum ceremonies
For the rituals that keep a team coordinated and improving.
Why I built these
Every PM and BA I have worked with builds the same spreadsheets and Notion pages from scratch each project. Sprint capacity. RAID log. MoSCoW. JQL queries. PERT estimates for a leadership ask. The tooling exists in heavy Jira plugins and paid SaaS, but the simple version belongs in a browser tab.
These are also a proof point. CLAUDE.md describes what I do: ship websites, apps, and automations end-to-end with Claude Code as a force multiplier. Each tool here was built and deployed in a single session. The same approach scales to the work I do for clients.
See the case studies for the program delivery side or email me if you want one of these customised for your team.
