Sprint Retrospective Tool

Pick a format, drop cards, upvote what matters. Use it solo to prep a retro, or paste cards from your team into the columns. Saves locally and exports to markdown when the retro is done.

Picking a format that fits the moment

Mad / Sad / Glad is the warmest and best for new teams or after a bruising sprint. 4Ls (Liked / Learned / Lacked / Longed for) is structured for taking lessons from a finished phase. Start / Stop / Continue is action-oriented and fastest. Sailboat is a metaphor that helps teams talk about external risks (rocks) and where they are headed (island).

Whatever format you pick, the retro is wasted if no action survives. End every retro by upvoting the top 1-3 actions and dropping them into a sprint board. The upvote feature here gives you that shortlist quickly.
