Six plus US credit union clients on the same product. Each with their own Salesforce integration, compliance posture, and release calendar. The team needed a delivery rhythm that fit US business hours from Bengaluru, plus a release process safe enough for regulated banking production.

Approach

• Owned the full delivery flow from triage to final release for Salesforce integrated banking apps.
• Acted as the primary bridge between US credit union executives and engineering teams on complex features like digital payment modules and core banking integrations.
• Led release cycles by keeping Engineering, TPM, and Backend squads in sync, managing cross team dependencies so production dates were hit.
• Ran all Scrum ceremonies and handled capacity planning, focused on clearing blockers to keep sprint velocity consistent.

Outcome

• Zero downtime production rollouts under banking regulatory expectations.
• Production dates hit consistently across the 6 plus client release calendar.
• Currently piloting AI driven sentiment analysis on client feedback to get earlier signal on risk.
