A web tool I built and shipped for sprint capacity, burndown, and split planning. Runs in the browser, used by me on real engagements.
A web app I built for myself and other PMs: punch in team size, sprint length, velocity, and a backlog of stories with story points, and it returns capacity, a proposed sprint split, and a projected burndown chart. Runs entirely in the browser, no data leaves the page.
Most PMs do this math in a private spreadsheet that never gets shared. I wanted a single page that anyone on a team can open and use without setup, and that I can hand to a stakeholder mid call when planning a quarter.
Vanilla JavaScript, Chart.js for the burndown, zero backend. Designed and shipped end to end with Claude Code in a single sitting. Hosted directly on this site.
Tooling, Claude Code, JavaScript, Agile, sprint planning.
